Editor’s note: We’re reprinting this story without having obtained permission in order to help spread the word about one of our own, Dale Hudson. This story appears at the link below, and I trust the folks at Carolina Live won’t be too upset as we await word on Dale’s safe return home.

Horry County police are looking for a missing man from the Conway area.
The wife of 56-year-old Dale Hudson told police her husband left to go out of town on a business trip around 8am Thursday.
She said she then got a phone call a few hours later at 11am from him saying he was getting a migraine and was going to rest, and he would call her shortly and let her know where he was stopping.
As of Friday morning, she still hadn’t heard from him so she alerted police.
Police have since found his car in a wooded area in Marion County with no sign of him.
Hudson is the author of several true-crime books highlighting notorious murders, including the killing of Crystal Faye Todd in Conway in 1991.
If you have any idea where Dale could be, you’re asked to call Horry County Police at (843) 248 -1520.
